The existing Rockwell SCADA platform had reached end of life and needed migration to a global standard while preserving validated manufacturing operations, maintaining compliant reporting, and preparing for future MES integration.
BEPC provided project management, validation engineering, commissioning support, software validation planning, SCADA qualification, stakeholder coordination, and support for commissioning activities.
The team combined validation planning, integration qualification, reporting verification, and stakeholder coordination to create a controlled migration path from legacy SCADA to a global standard architecture.
The program established a validated migration path toward a standard SCADA architecture, improved long-term digital manufacturing readiness, and enabled future MES integration while maintaining compliance and operational continuity.
