Overview

BEPC Inc. and affiliated companies, including BEPC Ingenieria de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("BEPC", "we", "us", "our"), developed this Privacy Notice to explain how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personally identifiable information (PII). This notice applies to website visitors, job applicants, employees, customers, suppliers, and service providers interacting with our recruiting, staffing, employment, consulting, and outsourcing services.

Our website is intended for a general audience but only for users over 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit PII from children under 13.

Mexico Privacy Rights

BEPC Ingenieria de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. processes data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (LFPDPPP). You may request access, correction, and other applicable rights under Mexican law.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to collected PII, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, and objection to processing, subject to applicable law. A reasonable fee may apply where legally permitted.
