Built on a foundation of technical expertise, integrity, and continuous improvement, BEPC provides Technical Engineering, Information Technology, and Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies across the Life Sciences and Technology industries worldwide.

In 2019, founders Oscar and Camelia Casillas chose to reward their employees for their dedication, hard work, and contributions by sharing ownership of the company, selling 49% of BEPC's stock to its employees. In 2024, that vision became a reality when BEPC transitioned to being 100% employee-owned.
