The challenge

A production-critical labeling application needed to be upgraded and moved to cloud servers without disrupting manufacturing. The project required dry runs, validation documentation, security review, and coordination across technology, quality, database, local IT, manufacturing, and vendor teams.

  • Migrate application and database servers to cloud servers

Production implementation remains pending until the database team completes required server migration preparation.
